Integrating inbound leads into VettX
If you are signed up with KBB ICO, AccuTrade, or ClearCar to receive Inbound leads, VettX can integrate those into the XLink tab!
- To set up your integration with the above sources, please reach out to your VettX Customer Success Manager or VettX Support.
- VettX will generate an ADF email that you can then provide to your inbound lead source.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I have my leads go to BOTH VettX and my CRM?
A: Yes! To keep your inbound leads inside of your CRM and add them to VettX, have your representative form that lead source ADD the VettX ADF email instead of replacing it. If you only want to see your leads inside of the VettX XLink tab, have your rep REPLACE your current ADF email.
Q: Do I have to pay for this integration?
A: No! VettX offers this integration for free. You do however need to be signed up with KBB ICO, Accutrader, or ClearCar already.
