Scheduling Events 

Scheduling appointment, follow up, and pick up events

To schedule an event:

  • Click on Add Event below the pictures of the vehicle. From the event scheduler, you can:
    • Pick the type of event (appointment, follow up, pick up)
    • Change the title, date, and start/end time 
    • Add the Seller's information 
  • Click Create Event in the bottom right corner to schedule your event 

To see your Upcoming events: 

  • Events are viewable under the agent view of your dashboard under upcoming events
  • You can also view your events by clicking on the calendar icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen
    • Here, you can filter through your events by type and what Agent the event is assigned to 
    • To complete an event, click on the event, and click on the pictures to go to the vehicle in whichever bucket it’s in. You can edit or delete your event on the event card. 

  • You will be notified about your events via text and email. You can change your notifications in the Notification tab in your settings 

Best practices: 

  • Schedule a follow up event after you send an offer! Schedule your follow up for the next business day. Use a schedule after that (Monday, Wednesday, Friday follow ups for example)
  • If a seller declines your offer, ask if they mind if you follow up with them in a week or two! “Thanks so much for your time. Do you mind if I follow up with you in a week or two just in case my price or your price changes? 
  • Confirm any pick up/in-store appointments will the seller the day before
