To view the details of a specific purchase:

Click on the Year, Make, and Model of the vehicle in the Purchase bucket.
This will open a full breakdown of what went into that purchase, including (but not limited to):

The total number of notes added

The number of messages sent or logged internally

Average response time

The total time from first contact to completed purchase
