Making Offers 

When making offers, it’s important to not get too focused on the numbers. Even if the seller's price is higher than yours, make the offer! The worst thing that happens is you get told no, absolutely not. Best case scenario, you get a purchase out of it! You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take, so aim for the goal and take your shot. 

 

Log a note once you’ve made your offer, that way you know when you made it.
