Carfax Integration
VettX offers a free Carfax integration! This allows you to view vehicle history reports as well history based values.
To integrate your Carfax
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of your VettX screen
- Click on Integrations
- Click on Carfax. This will open a new tab onto the Carfax site where you can sign in safely and securely.
- Login with your Carfax username and password.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I integrated my Carfax, why is it not working?
A: If you experience issues with your integration, please log out of Carfax through VettX, log out of VettX completely, and then log back in to both. If that does not resolve your issue, please reach out to a member of the VettX team or to support@vettx.com.
Q: Can multiple users use the same Carfax login?
A: Yes! A manager and a buyer can both use the same Carfax login. However, you will need to log in under each users account.
